The following Marketing Plan is recommended to sell your property for the highest possible price in the shortest period of time. To ensure your property is marketed to an optimum level and receives a high market value, the following services will be performed.
Agree on Price: You will be provided with a full color neighborhood and community report which will include a CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) of current active properties, pending properties and recent closings. With this information I will assist you in establishing the best market pricing for your home.
Photograph Your Property: High quality photographs will be taken of your property with a professional wide angled lens camera and used in our marketing, website and displayed in the Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service (ARMLS).
Yard Sign & Flyer Box: A "For Sale" sign will be installed in front of your property if not restricted by community covenants and restrictions. Also attached will be a flyer box with color flyers checked and refilled daily.
Input Listing into the MLS: Your property will be expertly listed in the MLS with multiple photos and descriptions for all area REALTORS® to view.
Internet Marketing: Internet marketing is used to achieve maximum exposure of your listing. The internet is one of the main targets for effectively marketing to homebuyers today. The Davis Group aggressively targets exposure on the top real estate websites. These include:

Home Feedback from Showings: Showing Suite™ is a system to obtain feedback from real estate agents after they have shown your home. Following showings of your home, you will be updated automatically by e-mail the results of what buyers and agents thought of the price, interior and exterior condition, if they are considering making an offer, etc.
Status Reports: Throughout the course of your listing, you will be updated on the progress of the marketing of your home. You will also be updated on any changes in the market that may effect your property.
